Because all products are made by a natural woman and are organic, there may be slight variations from time to time due to seasonality that affects all organic ingredients. Production is done in small batches by a natural woman at Sweetwaters Eco farm in Nanyuki. We guarantee the highest standards for every product because we make it with love for our customers.

We make every effort to ensure that products listed on our website are available for purchase. However, availability may vary and some products may become temporarily or permanently out of stock.

 In the event that a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and provide options for a replacement or refund.

By placing an order through our online shop, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept secure online payments through various payment methods, including M-pesa, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other authorized payment gateways.

We offer shipping to most counties in Kenya and strive to deliver orders promptly.
